Pregnant Image processes personal data to perform its services, such as the creation of pregnancy images, ultrasound images and parent-child images. This statement tells you what data is collected, why this is done, how long data is stored and what rights you have.

Wander & Wonder V.O.F. (trading as “Zwanger Beeldje”), located at Boekweitstraat 79, 2153GK Nieuw-Vennep and registered under KVK 96791993, is responsible for processing your personal data.

1. What personal data do we process?

We may process the following data:

  1. Name, address and city
  2. E-mail address and phone number
  3. Payment and billing details
  4. Appointment and communication data
  5. The digital 3D scan of your body
  6. Technical data on website visits (anonymised where possible)


2. Why do we process your data?

We process your data for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds:

  1. Contact and communication: To answer questions and provide information. Legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of contract.
  2. Performing our services: To design, produce and deliver the figurine. Legal basis: performance of agreement.
  3. Administration and payment: For billing, administration and legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.
  4. Newsletter (optional): if you register, we will process name and e-mail address until you unsubscribe. Legal basis: consent.
  5. Improving our website: To analyse and improve performance. Legal basis: legitimate interest.


3. Recipients of personal data

Pregnant Image shares your data only when necessary for our services or when we are legally obliged to do so. This may include:

  1. Web hosting party (for website and e-mail storage)
  2. Reservation system (for appointments)
  3. Print and production suppliers (for manufacturing your figurine)
  4. Administration, accountants, payment providers

We ensure that these parties apply appropriate security and never keep data longer than necessary.


4. Retention periods

  1. Administration & invoices: 7 years (legal term)
  2. Communication: up to 2 years after completion of service provision
  3. Newsletter details: until you unsubscribe
  4. Cookies: according to browser session or cookie policy
  5. 3D scan files:
    • with consent: up to 7 years
    • without consent: destruction within 2 months after delivery


5. Security

Pregnant Image takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Consider secure storage, access restrictions and encrypted communication. If you suspect abuse, you can contact us directly.


6. Your rights

Under the AVG, you have the following rights:

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Authority.


7. Liability

This privacy statement only covers data processed by Pregnant Image. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or systems to which we link.


8. Changes

Pregnant Image may amend this privacy statement whenever necessary. The most recent version is always posted on our website. In case of important changes, we will inform you by e-mail, if relevant.
